Wellington Physiotherapy Associates’ Athletic Therapists have been the exclusive on-site Athletic Therapy providers for the Guelph Storm Hockey Club for over 20 years!

Athletic Therapists rely on their skills in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic modalities, sport-specific exercise program design, and the utilization of contemporary therapyrehabilitation equipment. It’s this combination of on-site care, clinical skills, and active sport-specific rehabilitation that makes Athletic Therapists so effective in treating the musculoskeletal (muscles, bones, and joints) injuries of athletes, whether on the field or in the clinic.

All Athletic Therapy Treatments at Wellington Physiotherapy Associates are provided by Certified Athletic Therapists. Certified Athletic Therapists can be recognized by the credential CAT(C). The cost of athletic therapy treatment is covered by some selected insurance plans.   Patients interested in Athletic Therapy at Wellington Physiotherapy Associates are encouraged to confirm their coverage with their private extended health provider.
